What’s the easiest way to use Tourch?

We’ve found that if you create a template gig then build all of your other gigs off of that template gig you’re in really good shape.  The template gig should contain every category and product that you can possibly sell.  Once you’ve input all of that information you can easily base every other gig off of that template gig.  To do this, simply select view gigs from the dashboard & then from that screen select add gig, that opens up the menu of selecting either a new gig or to copy a gig, select copy gig and then the select template gig. From there, fill in quantities of merch sold and all other details & you are truly rocking!

How do I export information about a gig?

From the dashboard page, click on view gigs, then click on the gig that you want to export, then click on the export key in the upper right hand corner.  That will take you to an email that has a .csv file attached to it as well as information about the gig in the body of the email.  From there you can address it to whomever you need to.

How do I add a journal entry?

From the dashboard page, click on Journal, then click on  add Journal.

How do I create a new gig?

From the dashboard page, click on add Gig,  and fill in all information. From there you can add categories, products & journal entries to that gig.

How do I add expenses to a gig?

From the gig entry, click on the edit button in the upper right hand corner, then click on the expense totals button.  To add expenses, click on the + button in the upper right hand corner, fill in the info & click save.

How do I add a category to a gig?

From the gig entry, click on the edit button in the upper right hand corner, then click on the add category button on the bottom.  From there you can select a new category or copy a category from an existing gig.   Once you select a new or copied category, fill in the category information the product information for that category and click gig to end or the + sign to add another category.  Once finished, click save.

How do I add a product to a gig?

From the gig entry, click on the edit button in the upper right hand corner, then click on the type of category that you would like to add (cd’s, hats, t-shirts etc.). Once you’ve opened the merch category, click on the + button to add a product to that category.   When you are finished adding your products, click the gig button on the upper left corner and then the save button on the upper right corner.

What types of products or categories can I add to Tourch?

Here are a few sample categories:  CD’s, T-Shirts, Hats, USB Drives, Books, Underwear, Bracelets, Necklaces and so on

Is Tourch available for Android?

Unfortunately at this time Tourch is only available for iPhone & iPad.

Is the application available in other languages?

Tourch is only available in English at this time

Is there a limit to the number of bands that I can use with Tourch?

No, there is no limit to the number of bands that you can add to the account section of Tourch.
